    Electrical safety certificates issued for each property by NICEIC approved Contractor.

    Fire safety standards complied with via inter-linked mains wired heat and smoke detectors.

    Compliance with Accreditation scheme for Newcastle and Northumbria Universities.

  • Planned maintenance program

    Planned maintenance program for all properties. Prompt personal attention given for any repairs. We have a network of selected tradesmen that undertake essential repairs and maintenance very quickly.For example we retain a dedicated gas engineer who can normally mend any of the central heating boilers on the same day.
