Cookies policy
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or device when you visit our website
We’ve listed the cookies we use below with details about the type of cookie they are, why we use them, and if applicable how long they last.
Our website uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies enable any information you have entered to be remembered when you move from page to page within our website, but are deleted when you close your browser or after a short time. Persistent cookies allow our website to remember your preferences and settings when you visit our website in the future; they expire after a set period of time.
Our site uses first party cookies (i.e. they are set by our website) and third party cookies (i.e. they are set by one of our service providers).
We do not share any information that can be used to identify you personally with these third parties.
What this site stores, and when
Nothing below is loaded or stored until you have chosen. If you decline, none of it is requested at all, and you can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of any page.
| Name | Type | Set by | What it is for | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| nsh-cookie-consent | Browser storage (first party) | This website | Remembers whether you accepted or declined, so you are not asked on every page. It records the answer and the date, and nothing that identifies you. | Until you clear your browser storage |
| _ga, _ga_G-03F92YZLGQ | Cookies (third party) | Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows us which houses people look at, so we know what to photograph and list. Set only after you accept, and expired again if you later decline. | 2 years |
| mapbox.eventData | Browser storage (third party) | Mapbox | Draws the maps on Our Properties and Contact us. Mapbox stores an identifier on your device and records that a map was used. The maps do not load until you accept; the addresses and the list of houses are on the page either way. | Until you clear your browser storage |
